- Sign up and pay $125 for the year. You’ll enter your LLC’s exact legal name.
- We confirm your account and tell you what to file with the Alabama Secretary of State or your county probate office to name The Hub LLC as your agent.
- You're covered. We receive legal papers and email them to you the same business day.
Good to know
The Hub is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We receive and forward your papers; deadlines to respond are short, so read anything we send you right away and talk to your attorney. Naming a new registered agent requires a filing with the state, and the state's filing fee is separate from our service fee. The service renews each year until you cancel.
